Students in Howland learned on Wednesday just how fun reading can be.
North Road Intermediate School held its annual book fair, but with a twist. The kids hosted a luau where they got to dress up in grass skirts and leis.
The students got a chance to shop at a tropical book store set up right in the library and then they sat down to a Hawaiian-themed lunch with their grandparents.
The event was held as part of National Right to Read Week.
